Lifetime Warranty for Classic Collection Watch

Your Charles-Hubert, Paris watch has a lifetime warranty for the movement and one year against manufacturing defects to the original owner from date of purchase. Physical damages to the case, band, crystal, stem, crown or tempering/abuse of the watch are excluded from the warranty. Parts subject to wear and tear (battery, leather strap, chain, hinge, lock) will not be covered.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. We will not be responsible for any consequential damages arising from ownership or use of the watch.

Physical damages, tempering, and/or abuse of the writing instrument are excluded from the warranty. Parts subject to wear and tear (ink refills, emblems, fountain pen nibs, parts damaged from impact) will not be covered.
