Lifetime Warranty for Writing Instrument

Your Charles-Hubert, Paris writing instrument has a lifetime warranty against mechanical failure to the original owner. Physical damages, tempering, and/or abuse of the writing instrument are excluded from the warranty. Parts subject to wear and tear (ink refills, emblems, fountain pen nibs, parts damaged from impact) will not be covered.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. We will not be responsible for any consequential damages arising from ownership or use of the Charles-Hubert, Paris writing instrument.
