Warranty

All Charles Hubert, Paris writing instruments are unquestionably guaranteed against mechanical failure regardless of age. Any Charles-Hubert, Paris product or part requiring service will be repaired or replaced when returned to us. Refills are excluded from this warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. We will not be responsible for any consequential damages arising from ownership or use of the writing instrument.

This warranty is void if the defect is determined to be caused by tampering and/or abuse of the product.

If your Charles-Hubert, Paris writing instrument becomes inoperative due to mechanical failure, return it to Unitron Enterprise Corp. with your check or money order for the amount of $6.50. This is not a repair charge but rather a service charge to cover the cost of shipping, handling and insurance for returning the repaired or replaced writing instrument back to you.
