LIFETIME WARRANTY

We hereby grant a Lifetime warranty for the Watch movement and a one year warranty against manufacturing defects to the original owner from the date of purchase.  Physical damages to the case, band. crystal, crown or tampering or abuse of the Watch are excluded from the warranty. Parts of wear and tear (battery, leather strap) will not be covered.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you might have other rights which vary State to State We will not be responsible for any consequential damages arising from ownership or use of the Watch.

together with check or money order for $6.50. This as not a repair charge but rather a service charge to cover cost of shipping, handling and insurance for returning repaired Watch to you.

Please note that this warranty is granted by Charles-Hubert, Paris and any problem with regard to the same should be directed to our service center at Unitron Enterprise Corp and not to the store from which the Watch was purchased. Should it be necessary to return your Watch for service, please provide the Information below.
